They did not respond. I callled customer service on 11/23/21 and was told they could not hear me after being placed on hold for **************************** to call back. *** did not receive the package. The promise of refunds is not to be relied on! Some of the glasses didn't fit me correctly, with the optical center either too high or too low, and that's a big deal for a strong prescription. I ordered three pairs of glasses in September 2020, and returned them all, with a request to have one exchanged where they would raise the optical center. I had multiple emails back and forth, where sometimes they seemed competent and other times they just repeatedly asked me the same questions over again. I specifically requested a refund for the two other pairs 4 times over email, and they kept trying to offer me store credit instead. Finally after a few months, I requested a refund for all three pairs. They again responded saying the would give me store credit. I followed up a few months later, and they then said I couldn't be refunded anymore because it was more than 6 months. It was only that long because they didn't do what I requested for that long, though! I am outraged. I now have $329 in "store credit" which doesn't even show up on my account. So I'm supposed to order by emailing them, or by ordering on the website and get a refund, but I definitely don't trust their refunds anymore. Hi ****, Greetings from EyeBuyDirect!
