Customer ComplaintsI ordered two ghost pillows on November 9th, because Ghostbed was actually delayed in my other shipment so they decided to give me a discount. However, the items said it was delivered, and never got delivered. I found through Fedex tracking that there were two tracking id for the shipment one that says delivered, and the other was still in transit. I took this to Ghostbed to try, and find a solid answer to why this is happening, and barely got a resolution to the problem, after sending multiple emails regarding my order status. It seems like they are deliberately ignoring my emails. The last email I received from them is November 18 (as shown in receipt) I have never experience anything like this. Customer ReviewsI ordered a 2 split king mattresses, 2 adjustable bases, pillows which were free with the purchase, the sheets and the protection plan. I received the pillows and sheets and the boxes were never opened and I returned them within 2 days of receiving them at my expense. I cancelled the order before it even left the warehouse. It wasn't due to be delivered for another week. Every company involved with them is shady. I have at least 30 pages of emails with them. I have been quoted 3 different prices of what they think I owe them. I have tired to speak with someone in there legal department numerous times. I have been hung up on, lied to repeatedly. Even when I was dealing with a supervisor ********* *********** I was promised a CALL BACK at least 3 or 4 times and NEVER received one. I filled a dispute with their financing company which still shows that I owe for the full order dollar amount even though I only received sheets that had a charge and I returned them and have proof of return received. I advised them that I expect my loan to be absolved immediately and have not heard back from them with a solution.GhostBed Order# XXXXXGBUS The customer emailed into GhostBed stating "(National Finance Company name, not GhostBed's financing company) said I am responsible to pay. I am not paying and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a week ago." GhostBed has a pending refund for the customer. Ghostbed refunds within 15 business days. Once the refund is processed, the customer will receive a text and/or email stating the refund has been processed. Filing a dispute has delayed this process as GhostBed cannot issue a refund with an open dispute on the order.I received notification that I owed them $1,464.83 today. Ghostbed stated they do refunds within 15 days mine took approx. 2 months. I NEVER received any items of charge other then the pillow which had a 15% restocking fee of $29.98. I will NOT pay them anything higher then that dollar amount. I will sue them if they try to get more money!
