Ordered an item from Sams Club. This company didnt deliver my shipment. Called them and their corporate office told me to call the local office for my area, but was also told that they are so busy they may not answer or assist me. No one is helping.Customer Reviews
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! I can't say it enough. I've been fighting with them for over 6 months to find out where my damaged TV stand is. I purchased it from Walmart and it was delivered damaged. Well, pilot is the company they use to pick up returns. The driver NEVER logged it so when I should have gotten my refund 6 months ago, nothing! Pilot can't seem to find it or tell me where it went after the driver picked it up. Did the driver steal it? Did someone on the dock steal it? Who knows! But pilot claims they never got it. Completely disgusting!...
