I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento April 6th. At sale I asked for a copy of their last service report and was told it would be emailed to me. I noticed the temperature gauge rising above the midway mark April 16th. I called Armani Motors and was told someone would call me back. This went on until April 21st at that point car went to hot. I took the car to Kia Roseville who stayed there were no fluids in car. I let Armani Motors know and again asked for the service report since I still had not heard back from them. They are giving the repair shop, warranty company and myself the run around. I would like to return the car as Ive been unable to drive the car since the 21st. I would like to investigate how many cars have had to be repaired with or without warranty within 30days of sale if possible from Armani Motors.Customer Reviews
I would like to thank Armani Motors for helping out on my second purchase from this dealership over the past 2 years. I've looked around for about two weeks and realized I haven't checked their inventory yet. Sure enough I found the exact car I was looking for all this time. The whole buying process was very straight forward with Pedy and his team being very accommodating and patient throughout the whole time. Everyone's experience is different of course, but if you are looking for a quality used car and in particular for a great price, make sure to pay Armani Motors a visit. All their cars are very clean on the outside as well as the inside and it is quite obvious that they stand out among used car dealers in the strip with such inventory and professionalism.
