I purchased a foaming cleanser about a month ago, the color was no where near the color of the cleanser i recently ordered and received. Ive purchased more than once and never have I received a bottle that looks this. The last few bottles I purchased, the liquid was clear , the cleanser now its a rusty dark color, very alarming to me maybe old? I’m not sure if they change the formula as well, but these products never made my face so dry and yucky and now i can remarkably feel the difference. They do not even deserve a one-star! I stayed up on time waiting to order their new collection and a week went by without a shipping code yet everyone has received a package. The day of my birthday I got an email saying that it was their fault they lost it so all I got was a refund. Also due to it being a limited collection item, they were unable to send out the same products that they had lost....
