On 11/24/2021 I made a purchase with **** Consumer when Rakuten advertised a 12% rebate for orders placed that date. The total cashback expected and confirmed by Rakuten was $296.82. This substantial cashback was the primary reason I made this purchase at the time. The status if the cashback on the Rakuten site was "pending" even after the item was delivered and the Paypal charge complete. My queries to Rakuten went unanswered. Today the status changed to "$0.00" rebate and Rakuten's site says "**** Consumer did not provide cash back for this purchase". Another query went unanswered.I contacted **** and they told me to call Rakuten. But Rakuten does no longer provides phone support.I've attached a copy of a page from my account on Rakuten confirming the cashback should have been added.Can you help? P.S. I have another order with **** placed a couple of days later that had a 15% cashback. That has not been processed yet either. But that order is not complete. **** delayed delivery.Customer Reviews
Rakuten advertised 20% cash back on purchases at iRobot on Cyber Monday, 11/29/21. I used their app and made a purchase at iRobot for $584.98. According to the Rakuten app cash back will be reflected in my account in a week. I did not receive the cash back one week later and submitted a missing cash back form on 12/5/21. An auto generated email immediately follows requesting order information. I promptly furnish the request information and did not receive any response from Rakuten. The next day, 12/6/21, I send a follow up email for Rakuten to confirm the requested information was received and a status on the cash back. Rakuten did not respond. I submitted another missing cash back form, received the email requesting order information and provided to Rakuten again. No response from Rakuten for a couple of day. I send a follow up email on 12/8/21 for an update and have not received a resolution or response from Rakuten. ...
