Customer Complaints
I purchased merchandise from Pro guns dealer costing $1723.00. They use a courier service called FiiNexs cargo security team, FiiNexs requested me to pay a $1000.00 insurance payment, I paid this, a few days later FiiNexs requested a payment of $1500.00 City permit, I paid this. Then a few days later they they requested a payment of $1000.00 diplomatic stamp, I paid this. A couple days later they notified me that they lost my package, so they will refund all of my payments. A week later they say that they will refund me after I pay them $1800.00 so that they can release the refund, but the refund they will send is $18,000.00, this does not sound right and sounds like a scam. I just want the $5223.00 that I have paid to be refunded.Customer Reviews
Had an international flight with this airline and everything went smoothly; however the flight got delayed 2 hours and nobody let me know. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times!!!
