In July of 2020 I placed and order for 200 rounds of Fiocchi **** 50gr. v-max *********** After placing the order I was informed the product was on backorder. From the date of the order to November 10, ************************************************************************************* I had the option to keep or cancel the order. On 2 occasions the order was canceled without my consent. I contacted the company via phone and had the order reinstated. On November 11, 2021 I received and ad from the company informing me the items I had ordered were now available and could be purchased at first come first serve basis for a higher price than I had originally ordered them for. By the time I logged on and checked my account, not only had my order not been filled, but the items were once again sold out not to be available until 6/7/2021. I am sure this is not how a backorder is supposed to work and due to the ongoing issue is not simply an oversight, or mistake.I have the same issue with **** rounds of 9mm ammunition almost word for word although as of 11/12/2021 I have not yet received the " first come first serve " emal on this Item yet.Customer Reviews
Put in an order for ammo 8/3/2020 saying it was a 2 week lead time in stock. 2 weeks turned into 3 months, and this order was perpetually moved back every 3 months do to "back order" issues while they continued to sell the same item and stock at higher prices. They could have honored the order with their available stock but refused to due to greed. This order was eventually changed to delivery around June 2022 after already being delayed 13 months from the original order.I contacted customer service asking for my order to be honored since they were still selling the exact product at a higher cost. They never answered my inquiry and subsequently canceled my order without notice.This company is absolute garbage. I understand the supply chain issues but they still continued to sell the exact same item and product but at higher prices because they could.I will never do business with them again and I hope they go out of business. I would give them 0 stars if BBB allowed it....
