Roofing supplement money submitted to insurance company and made out me. Supplements includes claims for window repairs that i was told i had to pay Kpost sales rep told me i had to sign a contract with them if insurance company approved my roof replacement claim. He told me to illegally not pay a deductible, offered a sham discount and promised to install 30yr shingles instead of the 25 yr shingles approved my by insurance adjuster, bragged about the top quality of their job and the top notch professionals they use, all sounded good. In reality, job was sub-contracted to a third rated roofer, job quality low, damages to my property, poor cleanup,claims for jobs they did not perform such as windows repairs which turned out to be costly when i got repair cost estimate. window damage was a major issue on the house and had caused expensive damage, Kpost post rep knew this, he knew that fixing the windows would take up most of the insurance payout so he said i would be responsible for fixing that out of pocket. I was very surprised when window repair was included in their supplement to my insurance company even though they did not touch the windows. Other bogus claims for things they did not repair or even touched was also submitted just to make excess profit. I realized i got a really bad deal by signing with Kpost. Found out 25yr shingles were installed even though i was promised a 30yr shingles, gutters installed were not done properly (leaking corners etc) The disputed amount was reported to collection, i offered to pay more than 50% which is the amount left after i payed for everything (with the insurance supplement check) they failed to do. All attempts made to resolve the debt amicably was declined by Kpost. They put the debt on my credit, despite my attempts to settle, and are even threatening to take legal actions against me. They breached our contract by failing to deliver services promised to me, lied to have repaired windows they did not touch and failed to fix some of the issues i reported after the new gutters were installed.
