Shortly before Oct. 25, 2021, I ordered item #************, The Gift of Hopeand paid in full $171.18. I received the item within one week of purchase but after inserting batteries discovered that only 1/2 of the Christmas tree lighted up. I have since sent four different emails to their customer service address and they have not answered any of them. I really do want to exchange the item for one that works but I am getting no help from Bradford Exchange. My client number is ********* and my order number was ************. Thank you so much for any help you can be. One week before I ordered this item, I was diagnosed with breast cancer myself and it meant a lot to me to order this beautiful item.
