Customer ComplaintsI ordered sneakers for my daughter for Christmas on 11/11/21 and paid $99 for them at the time that I ordered them. It is now 12/8 and the sneakers have not been shipped and I'm concerned that I will not receive them in time for Christmas. The phone number for the business is out of service. Customer ReviewsI've contacted Bluefly several times in the past 4 days via email as I'm not aware of a number to call. My package was sent fedex by a third-party vendor per Bluefly. I don't have any information on the vendor as I purchased from Bluefly and weren't given that information. I contacted fedex to investigate the delivery and I'm told the item was delivered and signed. It says it was signed by ** ******* which is not my name and shows a pdf of a signature that has a different signature name that I don't know. Fedex said they spoke with driver that states the package was delivered to my address and signed by residence but it was left at main entrance. I don't have a main entrance. I live in a four-plex apartment where 3 units are upstairs 1 unit downstairs and signs pointing upstairs where each unit is with the address in plain sight. Bluefly said I made several threats about filing a dispute in which I did not. Then Bluefly said I didn't give them or the vendor a chance to resolve the issue. I don't feel Bluefly made much of an effort to resolve the issue. I have several emails per our conversation in which I submitted with a dispute and the information from fedex delivery. I know if I had read the reviews first I wouldn't have placed an order. I felt like a 6yr old going back and forth with them in emails being the customer seeking help from bluefly went very wrong.Thank you for your feedback and again, our apologies you had an issue with your delivery. But we have confirmed with FedEx that the package was indeed delivered to your address and they received a signature which matches your first initial and last name so it is hard to dispute your claim that you did not receive the package. There is also proof of the delivery by the driver's testimony and by an electronic copy of your signature so unfortunately we are unable to file a claim of a lost package because the package was properly delivered to your address and there is a signature confirmation. Again, our apologies for the issue but someone at your address received and signed for the package so please check with others in your household as there is undeniable proof FedEx delivered it to your address. That is a 5 Star lie and I have proof of the signature as well and the signature isn't mine. The initials used aren't mine either. I also have video recordings along with copies from my neighbor so don't think for a second you've heard the last of this issue.Fed ex never responded back to me with an update. I talked to paypal and they told me how to further the investigation so again when I present all the proof I have. I wish is was a way I could upload here. Whomever responds from your customer service department regarding this issues should present facts because that's all I have and I'm stating.
