I bought a grinder sku ******* about 4 years ago it has a lifetime warranty and they will not honor it I understand the new policy is now 1 year but when I got this it was lifetime and should be honor as that. they want me to ship it to the manufacturer but told me it will be returned to me as they do not honor the lifetime anymore and I would have to pay for replacement or repair I am a heavy purchase of cabela's items and guns and I would hate to stop over a $*** item I don't have a receipt that I able to read all are fade as most receiptCustomer Reviews
Customer service was no help at all! I ordered an item to be sent to a friend I would be visiting in 2 1/2 weeks. The website said it would take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. It was a special surprise we were to enjoy together during our visit. I called about a week before since I couldn't access any tracking information on their site. I was told that they couldn't provide me with any since it was being shipped from another manufacturer but it would arrive the day before or the day of my visit. Now, 3 weeks late, and four days after I arrived, on the day I am leaving, I was told it was shipped only 4 days prior to my visit, 2 weeks past my order date. It still has not arrived and they told me that the tracking information is giving no arrival date. They said that they would credit me for the shipping but not for the item, until they knew it had never arrived. It is now not a necessary item, since it was supposed to arrive during my visit.
