On 11 June 2021 I contacted Estes Express Line for a delivery. Who informed me there was no record of my order yet a tracking number was provided. Estes indicated the Bill of Lading was never generated and or that my information was not on the BOL. The Estes-Express Delivery webpage identified that my order was in Ft. Worth Texas with no additional information. On 18 June 2021 I contacted Estes-Express Ft. Worth and that division informed me the shipment was move to a second location and someone should get in contact with me for delivery. No further clarification was provided. At 6:09 PM that evening I received an automated notation that my delivery was set for Monday 21 June 2021 between hours of 9:15 AM 1:30 PM. At approximately 12:56 PM on 21 June I contacted Estes Freight in Ft. Worth who directed me to Dallas and I spoke to Stacy who was unable to find my order and indicated it was out for delivery. At approximately 1:50 PM a neighbor a street over came over and explained they have been watching another neighbor's house and saw a large deliver was dropped off at their garage where the entire pallet was backed into their garage door ( location 718 Oakleaf Dr.) The owner 718 Oakleaf is out of town and the package was dropped off at that residence which is the wrong house. Estes deliver backed an entire pallet of gym equipment (200lbs of weights and a weight bench) into their garage (which could have damage their property). Additionally, the protocol according to the automated system required someone 18 yeas of age to be onsite to accept delivery. Because the owner of 718 Oakleaf is not at home the items should have never been dropped off. The items should have been delivered to my residence which is 718 Copperleaf Dr a street over. There is no-way to contact anyone at Estes and their managers do not have a number they can be reached at. This transaction which involved Estes from origination of transport to delivery was a completely messed up. Their negligence may have damaged an innocent by standers property and created significant chaos.
