I ordered a beautiful coat from one of FashionMia's umbrella websites, popzora.com. The coat that arrived was absolutely nothing like the photo. I believe I was scammed. When I order an item, I expect to receive the item that is pictured and nothing less. This was certainly not the case here. I have demanded a full refund three times and threatened to report fraud to my bank, as this truly is fraud. I was offered a 15% refund the first time, and the 2nd time I was offered the choice of a 25% refund or a shipping label to China, which is not prepaid. I refuse to pay twice for shipping for an item that clearly is not what I ordered in the first place. After the transaction, I performed a reverse image search on Google and discovered that the item featured on their catalog site is actually the property of Sundance Catalog, retailed originally for $598, and Popzora stole this image from their website and is selling this item as their own.Customer Reviews
