Fusion Logistics is employing delivery drivers that are reckless and negligent in the operation of their delivery vehicles in the DFW area. On 07/03/2020, Fusion Logistics employee Corie Card was driving a box truck delivering packages for Amazon. Card failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to yield the right of way at an intersection and collided with another vehicle, injuring the driver of the other vehicle. There is video of the incident. A complaint has also been filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regarding Fusion Logistics DOT compliance.
