Order number IT20000312807 I received a refurbished Apple Watch. It does not hold a charge and it is causing issues with my phone. I want to return it for a full refund. I reached out to the company to find out how to return the item. I have sent emails for five straight days and still cannot get a straight answer from this company on how to return my item. I keep getting the runaround. I believe Im getting scammed. This doesnt even seem like a real company. I want a full refund.Customer Reviews
The online purchase was easy to order. The followup email messages were timely and reassuring to know that order was being processed and expedited. One of the email messages stated that the order was shipped and delivered which I interpreted that it was delivered to my address. But the message was really stating that the order was delivered to a shipping depot. And, then two days later the order did arrive at my home. Thank you p.s. The MacBook Air 13 is now setup and working as advertised Thanks, again...
