Paid for a service and they have not completed it and will not offer a resolution. I purchased some goods from China and this company was referred to me to get my goods through customs and delivered to me. The freight company called me and told me that they could not deliver my goods because Panda did not give them all of the details of the order. Panda was provided all of the details prior to hiring this company and now they want me to pay more money to cover their mistake. They are refusing to give me the name and number of the actual freight company that has my goods. They have only provided the number of the driver who has no control of my shipment. I have given them over ***** and they have not delivered anything. Now they are asking for more money to pay this company now that they have provided them the right information. I don't think I should have to pay for their mistakes if this is something I hired them for. Their employees are very rude and need more customer service training. Please help!Customer Reviews
Panda Logistics does move your containers BUT there is no communication from them in any sense.....they do not communicate with you that a container has landed or is ready for pick up. We incurred several storage charges as a result. I would never use them again.
