I returned a pair of shoes to the ** warehouse on 11/29 and I have been waiting for my refund. After talking to 3 customer service reps and getting 3 different answers including a case being filed I still have not received my refund. Order**********Customer Reviews
I was shopping on their website and purchased so I thought two handbags that were on sale. I received conformation that my order had been received and another one that my order was being filled. These were to be Christmas presents, then two days later I received an email that my order had been canceled due to item unavailability. When I emailed the company an employee advised me that the reason my order had been canceled was due to the price had been advertised wrong. I thought that if something is advertised as a sale price that they had to honor that price, especially after they had charged my credit card. They only again responded that it was a mistake and pretty much sorry for my luck. I left a one star as that was as low as I could go....
