OSM Worldwide has been allowing another party to use our one of our locations' shipping addresses, **** * ******* ***** as well as our company name as return address for shipments. We have not ever done business with them nor have we ever shipped any items via their company. We only found out about this as items which were refused and returned to sender for lack of postage are arriving at our location, bearing OSM Worldwide's label and associated tracking information. Adressees receiving these items have also reached out to us complaining that these items were never ordered nor requested and assuming our company was the one at fault.Customer Reviews
