Package received with items missing, but on invoice, items are listed as delivered. Missing items still have not arrived after a month!!! I placed an order online on Nov. 24 during the holiday sales. On December 4th, I recieved a box from ABH containing only ONE of the three items I purchased. I called ABH immediately, to ask 1) If the missing items were sold out or out of stock? 2) Why they would send me an invoice that says the items where shipped if they were not available. I was told told by ABH customer service that the missing items were not out of stock and that they would be sent to me immediately. I asked how an error like this could happen if obviously some had to put the invoice in the box and could see that TWO items were missing, why they would send an invoice with erroneous information. I was told by customer service that "it just happens sometimes". The Customer service rep assured me that she would place and order for the items to be shipped to me that that this would take 1-2 bus days to process shipping and then 3-5 business day to arrive. I informed her that i purchased the items to give as a Christmas gift at and upcoming holiday party and that I ordered them a month in advance to avoid these type of delivery issues. I asked her if they could be here before Christmas because if not, that I would just want a refund and I could purchase the items in person. She assured me that my items would arrive "soon". Processing for this "reorder" took 5 days. On Dec. 9th I received an email with tracking information saying my items would arrive on Dec.14th. On Dec. 14th the shipping package was delayed for undisclosed reasons and I was told the new delivery date would be Dec. 17th. On Dec. 17th delivery was delayed again to Dec. 24th. On Dec. 21st I contacted ABH customer service via email, to ask for a refund for the items the missing items. Today Dec. 22nd I received an email that completely ignored my request for a refund and did not give me any information about how to process my request. The email simply said that my items "have been shipped and will arrive on the SCHEDULED DATE of Dec. 24." I feel that this is completely unacceptable. I believe the items I ordered were in fact out of stock and ABH sent me a nearly empty box, labeled as containing everything I ordered. If I had not checked the package immediately or if I had wrapped it and put it under the tree, I would not even know that it was missing items. This is horrible customer service. The missing items should have been sent to me with expedited shipping.Customer Reviews

We posted messaging on our website regarding shipping delays due to Covid-19 as all orders are experiencing shipping delays.
